You will charged 50% of your missed appointment if you do not give me a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. 

You will be charged 100% of your missed appointment if you no call no show. 

Consultations are required before all hair spa treaments and corrective color services. Consultations can be done in person or virtually & they are always complimentary. 

There is a $75 non refundable deposit required for all Hair Spa Services. Your deposit will be collected when you book and will be credited toward your service.
